Refunds & Returns
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged, clean, and in its original condition, with all free gifts included and intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing accessories cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size adjustment if the nails do not fit properly.
To process an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping Returns
For returns or refunds, please email us at hello@aurevinenails.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
